Currently in post-production, this short film was conceived and written by Shaun Baer and co-developed in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. Truly a product of quarantine creativity, Shaun served as actor and crew on set, with Daniel directing through Zoom, guiding the lighting and viewing dailies on his cell phone.

Heart of Stone received it's world premiere at the Cinema Diverse LGBTQ+ Palm Springs Film Festival on September 28, 2023. The film was also accepted into the LA Queer Film Fest 2023.
